Shows you a record... And then freezes up everytime... Cant review or scroll.just keeps loading and loading... Very very frustrating!! Guess thats why its free. Continuosly having to log in. Even though I sign in for two weeks. Love/hate relationship would be a good comparison.

Would be great if the app didnt crash constantly & often times wont recognize internet connect. Now it wont even let me open my family tree beyond my immediate family. Please fix bugs!

Please fix this app!! It is constantly freezing up. I cant enjoy it at all. Every single time I open this app it freezes.

Dont get me wrong I love this app and all the family history I can look up but with the most recent update it will just freeze on the screen and wont respond and I cant get really far at all......... Please fix

I have tried several times to login however I continue to get "unable to connect FamilySearch is not available" Not sure whats going on. Anyone else have this problem. Same for my iPhone as well

Keep receiving error that username or password is incorrect, while it isnt. What happened? Used this app all the time, now isnt working.

This app is good if all you want to do is view your ancestors. It is very difficult to search for ordinances that need to be completed.

This app continues to crash when I try to input the name of the family members. Its frustrating!!

Still says incorrect username or password. I can log in fine to the website using the same credentials. Please fix.

This is by far the WORST app of any description I have downloaded. Completely lacking in intuitive interface, and if you click on a wrong person to tag them as a relative, it is virtually impossible to remove them. There is no means to make corrections to your tree, or even to start over from scratch! Just BAD programming and even worse interface. If you enjoy total frustration, by all means download it, and begin pulling your hair out at once.

Good luck with figuring out how to handle parents who are remarried and divorced etc...the database is weak too.

I never thought I would be so addicted or fascinated by a single app. I would give it perfect 5 stars if not for: 1. Record hints disappearing from record hints list automatically (often I want to see the synopsis and then return to review but it disappears. Should have option to dismiss instead.) 2. When changing target person up for review, app crashes abt 40% of the time especially when cross targeting to a name in the others on record category. 3. A quick way to see the person in the record hints list as person view. Often during review there are other adjustments needed from person view, which requires a lot of digging to get to now. 4. Quick view of the source reference document image during record hints matching (to verify miss-written or miss-indexed info). 5. Clunky navigation... Ability to search up or down your own line only, not just search generally for that name to get there. And to search history via name not just ID number. 6. Merge duplicates via app!! All in all a very streamlined way to do family history in the palm of your hand. Coolest thing Ive done with the app: took digital F.O.R. Request sheet to temple via phone to print cards at temple.

Difficult interface, bad navigation.... Deleted.

Its a great tool to view your family tree, but its so simplified that its actually more difficult to search and add family members.

This app is great for adding smartphone photos taken off the web. Also great for a quick ref. They need to fix the App from "freezing", failing to load a source document, and crashes. This App has had a huge potential. I like doing research on my iphone.

If you have used the online version you will be good to go.

Thought the app was great until I listed the wrong person as an ancestor. Unable to delete, edit the name or even delete the whole thing and start over. I now have an inaccurate and incomplete family tree that I cant do anything with.

I would like a way to add an alternate name in the app - it does not search for nor add a married name when you add a spouse, and the only way to view hints on a regular basis is to add an alternate name. I love the view descendants with tasks feature!
